Pamela is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) , a published knowledge expert, a Fitwel Ambassador, a Certified Master Workplace Wellness Ambassador Consultant (CMWA) and a COVID19 Transitional Leader. She is a graduate of Dalhousie University's BSc (Occupational Therapy) and Saint Mary's University's BA (Psychology) programs and has been providing Corporate Health & Wellness consulting services to both the private and public sector for over 25 years.

Her scope of work and expertise includes Ergonomics and Human Factors, Corporate Move/Design/Re-Design Ergonomic Preventative Consulting, Health and Wellness training/education, assisting organizations in developing and implementing Corporate Health and Wellness initiatives/Ergonomic programs, Train the Trainer programs, Health & Wellness speaker/presenter. 

She is a full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). and holds professional membership with the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists (CCCPE).

Pamela is a published knowledge expert in several featured articles addressing Corporate Wellness, Employee Wellness and is profiled in the 2023 publication of Cultivating Healthy and Vibrant Workplaces on the topics of Ergonomics, Wellness and Total Worker Health.

She is an Ergonomic Faculty and Advisor at the Workplace Wellness Centre of Excellence , a regular Guest Lecturer, on Ergonomics and Wellness, for the OH&S Program at the Nova Scotia Community College(NSCC) and has had the honour of being a Panel Judge for the Canada’s Safest Employer Awards (for Employee Wellness/Psychological Health Programs) since 2019.
