Lisa is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and is a nationally recognized consultant and educator specializing in Corporate Nutrition and Weight Management Programs. She has assisted many Canadian organizations ( throughout Ontario and Atlantic Canada) to improve the health and wellness of their employees. She has authored and co-authored books including The Weight Battlefield , Unjunk Your Junk Food: Healthy Alternatives to Conventional Snacks and the Label Lessons eBook series. As an avid educator in Natural Nutrition, she has taught at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and Centennial College and has been a contributor to several nutrition websites, such as NaturallySavvy.com, the Healthy Shopper, and blogs on the Huffington Post Canada.
She is a member of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association (CSNNA-NS) and serves as the Alumni Advisor for the Atlantic Provinces where she mentors CSNN graduates.
Lisa was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 for her work in the Holistic Nutrition industry within Canada.

Jocelyn is a graduate of the University of Alberta MSc(Occupational Therapy) program. She is a certified Life Care and Cost of Future Care Planner (LCP/CFC) and Progressive Goal Attainment (PGAP) provider. Her scope of practise is in the areas of Medical/Legal including non-litigated settlement negotiations, Cost of Future Care/Life Care Planning, Disability Management and Return to Work. Over her career she has worked within clinical settings with injured workers, the insurance industry and as a Health and Abilities Manager.
She is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia (COTNS). Along with spending time with her friends and family she enjoys yoga, paddled boarding, hiking and walking her dog.

Sue is a graduate of Dalhousie University BSc (Occupational Therapy) and the University of Western Ontario MSc (Occupational Therapy) programs. Her scope of experience is in the areas of Occupational Health and Workplace Health and Wellness, Office Ergonomics, Return to Work, Injury Prevention and Health Promotion. She has been a long standing educator as a guest lecturer at the Dalhousie University School of Occupational Therapy and has authored several peer reviewed publications.
She is a full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE), the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia (COTNS). She is an avid cyclist, enjoys hiking and outdoor/nature photography.

Rebecca is a graduate of Dalhousie University BSc (Health Promotion) and the University of Waterloo (Master's of Public Health) and is a Certified Master Workplace Wellness Ambassador Consultant . Her scope of health and wellness experience is in the fields of Mental Health and Chronic Disease prevention. She is a certified Mental Health Trainer and provides education-based programs designed to address and promote mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness in workplace settings. She is also the Founder of Kolstee Wellness, is a health and fitness coach and was a competitive marathon runner and swimmer.

With a background in biomechanics, anatomy and psychology from Dalhousie University, Emily, a fitness competitor and long time athlete, completed the full-time Diploma program in Manual Osteopathy from the National Academy of Osteopathy. She is a full member of the Nova Scotia Osteopathic Association (NSOA) . Emily brings knowledge in European osteopathic manual therapy that is directed toward restoring, enhancing, improving or maintaining the quality of life and wellness of her clients. Manual Osteopaths use a variety of gentle manipulation and techniques to address imbalances in the body to achieve and maintain structural balance and health.

Jody completed her 200 HR Power Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Halifax Yoga in January 2015. She teaches a regular class through Halifax Regional Municipality’s recreation program, and has taught at Halifax Yoga and RIO Pilates & Yoga Studio. She is certified in Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid CPR/AED Level C.
With more than 15 years of practicing yoga, Jody is happy to be able to share the wisdom that her teachers have passed on to her. In her day to day life, she is a lawyer and a mother of two girls. She understands how busy and stressful life can be when you are juggling many roles and trying to meet life’s many deadlines.
Jody believes that yoga is for all people and teaches an all-levels class aimed at helping people become stronger, more flexible and centred both on and off the mat. In every class the aim is that people will leave the class feeling refreshed, reinvigorated and balanced.

Jenna is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Orthopedic Brace Fitter, Certified Level II TRX Instructor, Certified TRX RIP Instructor, Certified Spin Instructor and a Professional Writer and Editor.
A competitive swimmer in her youth, Jenna left the pool and found a sedentary life behind a computer screen writing and eventually becoming the editor of a national health and wellness magazine. As she climbed the ladder in her professional life, she eventually found her footing and got back on the fitness wagon finding a passion for indoor spinning. Her new-found fitness community became her gateway drug into triathlons, running, obstacle course racing and eventually back into the water leading her to participate in her first “Big Swim” - swimming from the coast of New Brunswick along the side Confederation Bridge to PEI.
With pretending to be an athlete came injury and her dependence and devotion to rehabilitation. Through self-study she became deeply interested not only in the potential of the human body but also combating injury and overuse. Marrying her passion for fitness with her knowledge of the human body, Jenna is excited to help ease the
